Rules

How ranking works

• ·Your listing's total bid is its rank. Whole US dollars, $2 minimum for new spots, $999,999 ceiling.
• ·Paying less than #1 still puts you on the board at whatever rank that amount can take.
• ·Enter the same website or @handle again to raise a listing — you pay only the difference from its current bid (minimum $1). Nobody can steal your rank by paying that difference; overtaking a listing means out-bidding its total.
• ·Equal totals keep the order they were reached — the earlier bid holds the higher rank.
• ·Links on shared platforms (App Store, Play Store, GitHub, and similar) are keyed by their full path, so different apps never share a bid. Tracking query strings are ignored.

Get outbid, get half back

• ·If someone else's payment knocks your listing off #1, or out of the Top 10, the listing instantly earns credit worth 50% of its bid at that moment. Automatic — no account, no claim form.
• ·Credit belongs to the listing (there are no accounts here) and auto-applies the next time that listing is raised.
• ·Credit covers at most half of any single payment, and expires 7 days after it's granted. Use it or lose it.
• ·Credit is leaderboard credit. It is never cash, never a refund, and can't be transferred to another listing.

What you can list

• ·A product website, or an X @handle.
• ·No chat or invite links — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, and similar. The board is for products and profiles, not group chats.
• ·No adult content, no scams. We can hide listings that break these rules; the bid is not returned.
• ·Query parameters are stripped from every listing link — affiliate, referral, and tracking URLs won't survive.

After you pay

• ·A completed payment is what claims the rank — the board updates within seconds of the payment settling.
• ·Your listing is public and clickable. Clicks go straight to your URL or profile, without query parameters, and are counted publicly.
• ·The first 50 listings ever placed wear an OG badge, forever.

Payment & chargebacks

A bid buys placement on this leaderboard while the board exists — nothing else. All payments are final; being outbid is the game, not a defect. By completing a purchase you confirm you've reviewed what you're buying and the amount, and you authorize the charge. If anything about your purchase looks wrong, email support@getoutbid.lol before opening a payment dispute or chargeback — we respond fast and we fix real mistakes. Nothing in this policy limits rights that can't legally be excluded.
